I want to thank you all for fixing my back and neck issues and getting me back to functioning as well as teaching me how to maintain the exercises at home.
Pain is the way your body tells you something is wrong. Most types of arthritis cause pain in your joints You might have trouble moving around. Some kinds of arthritis can affect different parts of your body. So, along with pain in your joints, you may:
- have a fever
- lose weight
- have trouble breathing
- get a rash or itch
These symptoms could also be signs of other illnesses so if you suspect you may have arthritis, schedule an appointment with your primary care physician. In the meantime, you may find taking a warm shower, doing some gentle stretching exercises, icing the sore area or simple rest of the sore area may help with the pain and discomfort.
