  • WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

    • In order to complete necessary paperwork, it is best that you arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment.

  • WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

    • Upon arrival, you will be asked to fill out paperwork. If you have a referral or prescription from your doctor, please bring it with you.  

          You will need:

      • Photo ID (Valid State ID, Valid Driver’s License, Valid Passport, or School ID Card).

      • Referral from Doctor/Prescription

      • Insurance Card

  • WHAT HAPPENS DURING MY FIRST VISIT?

    • During your first visit, you will undergo a comprehensive evaluation administered by a licensed therapist. The therapist will review your medical history, diagnostic test results, and any other contributing factors pertaining to your current condition. Following your evaluation, the therapist will thoroughly review the results with you and explain your personalized treatment plan and goals. If applicable, the therapist may administer treatment.

  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY APPOINTMENT?

    • No specific dress code. Comfortable clothing or athletic wear is recommended. 

  • HOW LONG WILL EACH TREATMENT LAST AND HOW MANY VISITS WILL I NEED?

    • Each treatment duration and number of visits will be specific to your injury or diagnosis. Our programs are customizable through communication between you and your therapist. Your therapist will provide a hands-on approach in hopes to optimize treatment.

  • WHY IS THERAPY A GOOD CHOICE?

    • Our Physical, Occupational and Aqua specialists are experts at treating neuro-musculoskeletal disorders.

  • WHY ARE PEOPLE REFERRED TO THERAPY?

    • You may be referred to therapy for a wide variety of reasons including but not limited to pain, decreased range of motion, physical or cognitive limitations impacting your activities of daily living.

  • HOW MUCH WILL MY TREATMENT COST?

    • Treatment costs are specific to each individual. We accept a variety of major commercial health insurances and are highly experienced in cases related to personal injuries, auto accidents, and Workers Compensation.
